These terms govern your use of Ackdesk for Confluence (“the app”), supplied by DataForte AB through the Atlassian Marketplace. Purchases, billing, taxes and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use; these terms cover the app itself.

Licence

You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Atlassian sites your subscription covers, for as long as that subscription is active.

What the app is, and is not

Ackdesk records who approved a page and when, and marks an approval as no longer current when the page changes or a review period lapses. It is a record-keeping and workflow aid. It is not a legal signature service, and it does not by itself make a page compliant with any standard or regulation. You are responsible for deciding what your organisation’s approvals mean.

Availability

The app runs on Atlassian Forge and is available as Atlassian’s platform is available. Approval decisions are recorded when Confluence delivers the corresponding event; where Atlassian delays or drops an event, state may lag until the next page open or the daily sweep.

Data

See the Privacy Policy. The app performs no external calls and stores its data in Forge storage inside your tenant.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, DataForte AB’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. DataForte AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate this licence if the subscription lapses or the terms are breached.

Governing law

Swedish law, with the courts of Sweden having jurisdiction.
