Please include your Jira site URL, the issue key you were looking at, and what you expected to see — that is usually enough to reproduce a problem.

Common questions

The panel shows numbers but my Jira fields are empty. The fields have to exist and be on the project. Company-managed projects: add them to the issue screens. Team-managed projects: Space settings → Fields → Add field. Until then Jira rejects the write and the fields stay blank.

Why is the time different from what I counted? Turn working hours on or off on the admin page. With working hours on, evenings, weekends and holidays are not counted.

An old issue shows a warning about its history. Jira returns very long changelogs in pages. If a page cannot be fetched, the app says so rather than showing a duration it cannot stand behind.

Does the app send our data anywhere? No. It runs entirely on Atlassian Forge and makes no external calls.
