Statusdesk for Jira (“the app”) is an Atlassian Forge app published by DataForte AB (Sweden, org.nr 559523-6323).

What the app reads

The app reads, from the Jira site it is installed in:

• the issue’s creation time, current status and summary;
• the issue changelog — status change entries and their timestamps;
• the configuration an administrator enters on the app’s admin page (field ids, working-hours calendar, which statuses count as done).

What the app writes

Only into the Jira fields your administrator nominates: days in current status, cycle time in days, and a short status summary such as In Progress 3d · To Do 2d.

Where the data lives

Everything stays inside your Atlassian site. Configuration is stored in Atlassian’s Forge storage in your tenant. The app has no external egress: it makes no calls to DataForte or to any third party, and it stores nothing on our infrastructure. We therefore never receive, see or hold your issue data.

Personal data

Status names and timestamps are not personal data. An issue summary may incidentally contain personal data; the app reads it only to display it back to you on the same issue and never transmits it anywhere.

Retention and deletion

Uninstalling the app removes its Forge storage, including your configuration. The values it wrote into your own Jira fields remain your data, in your Jira, and can be cleared by you.
