Signdesk for Confluence
Page approvals that expire when the page changes, and that Confluence search can find.

What it does
- Ask for approval on a Confluence page and see each reviewer’s decision, with their comment, next to the page byline.
- A new page version sends the approval back for review with the decisions cleared, so an approval always describes the page as it stands today.
- Approvals can be given a review-by period per space. A daily sweep marks anything past it as expired, even on pages nobody has opened for months.
- The state is written to a Confluence label, so
label = "approval-expired"finds every stale page in Confluence’s own search and Confluence automation can act on it. - A site report lists every tracked page: approved, in review, changes requested, expired.
- Runs entirely on Atlassian Forge with no external calls — nothing about your pages leaves Atlassian, and there is no server to run.
