Terms of Service

DataForte AB · Tant Gröns väg 54, 147 60 Uttran, Sweden Contact: hello@dataforteab.com Last updated: 12 August 2026

These terms cover the Atlassian Marketplace app Crashdesk for Jira (“the app”), published by DataForte AB (“we”).

1. Agreement

The app is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your use of it is governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and the Atlassian Marketplace Standard End User License Agreement, which apply in full. These terms add to them; where they conflict, the Atlassian agreements prevail.

2. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Atlassian sites your subscription covers, for as long as that subscription is active. You may not resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the app.

3. Subscription and billing

Billing runs through Atlassian, on Atlassian’s user tiers and billing cycles. Every paid cloud app includes a 30-day free trial. When a subscription lapses, the app stops creating and updating issues and stops synchronising status; your configuration, your links and your existing Jira issues are left untouched, and everything resumes on renewal. Refunds follow Atlassian’s Marketplace refund policy.

4. Third-party services

The app talks to Sentry using credentials you supply. Your relationship with Sentry, and with Atlassian, is your own; we are not a party to it and are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes to their APIs.

5. Support

Support is provided by email at hello@dataforteab.com, in English, on Swedish business days. We aim to acknowledge within two business days. There is no contractual uptime commitment; the app runs on Atlassian Forge and inherits Atlassian’s platform availability.

6. Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the app is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms; material changes appear on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, which deletes its stored data.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, with the courts of Sweden having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country.
